The farm should;
(1) Be sited on a minimum of 1.5 hectares of land
(2) Have a combined pen floor space of about 4500 square meters if without battery cages and a quarter of the area if it has battery cages
(3) Have a working borehole
(4) Perimeter fence
(5) Office and living rooms for staff
(6) Store for feed
(7) Overhead tanks
