first you need a server that supports mssql, most likely a windows server |

i have, but they support only mssql 2005,each time i try and run a query to generate my tables the query builder just keeps loading and there is no means to attach a database directly, pls help |

maybe you should downgrade your knowlege to 2005. I know most window server support 2005, am yet to see one that support 2008. but then, i am not a regular mssql user like that, but have done some work on windows server |
