Introducing Finder's Fees in Pukena

We are introducing this feature into some of our service categories such as Home/Office Maintenance and Home tutorial services in Pukena.

Finder's Fee is only N1,500.

This is required to process your request and get you the best service provider. If we aren't able to get you a reliable service within your stipulated deadline, we'll request your bank details and refund your payment.

We incur several costs in finding the best services providers closest to you which may slow down the process. The fee helps to reduce cost so that we can respond faster.

Due to the volume of requests we receive, paying the finder's fee ensures we can prioritize your request as a sign of commitment shown on your part.

Payment is processed by PayStack and secured by Access Bank for your safety, convenience and peace of mind. Supports MasterCard & Visa CardP.

Hence, all orders coming from other channels apart from our website, that fall within these categories, would also be subject to the finder's fee.

Paying the finder's fee ensures you get VIP treatment as a personal project officer will be assigned to your order from start to finish in terms of searching for he right service providers, bringing their quotes to you and suprvising the poject to ensure high quality is maintained. This fee also offsets the cost we incurred training these service providers in our Pukena Academy to ensure only trusted and tested workers are sent to your homes.

See it as a subscription plan for individuals for short term projects just like we have clients who subcribe monthly or annually from home maintenenance services.

Please note that the Finder's fee is not the service cost. It is just a form of commitment on your part for us to prioritize your order. We have cases where a client sends in an order, we spend so much getting the service providers, in calls and logistics, and at the end he client opts out without any reason.

This fee will curtail that. It would only tell us, your order is genuine.
