Pls am dark in complexion, and just recently got some terrible pimples and skin reactions as a result of d cream i used(caroline) and since d pimples refused to leave and even getting bigger after using hydrocortisone cream and 4th day of skineal, but still no much improvement...pls i need ur help....i will definitely buy any product so far it will work .

You need to be patient and let your skin heal naturally... stop using all those harmful chemicals.
Buy a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and use it on your skin (both face and body) after bathing with a mild soap.
