Stability of Nigeria today is Buhari's pipe dream, perhaps, because he now presides over crude oil proceeds undeterred by militants. Nigeria can never stabilize until devolution of powers to the regions/states, until the present 36 states and Abuja political structure created by northern Nigeria's soldiers are changed democratically. |
