There are big banks in Nigeria that pays their contract workers who are about 85% of workforce about 30000 to 40000 Naira as pay after meeting some ridiculous targets of deposits in addition to their strenous day to day work and most of the money used in transportation alone, so let's assume it's 30000, then 30000*12=#360000 per annum, compared to Tobis less than 2.5million per annum which you see as also small.
