A dietician, Okechukwu Ossai, has said that the natural yeast content of palm wine is highly beneficial for clear eyes and general wellness. Mr Ossai, the Director of Public Health, Enugu State Ministry of Health, said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Wednesday in Enugu.
