Good am npower team. My fiancee is having problem with collection of her device. She is in batch B of 2016 volunteer and received notification that her Afrione device is ready. She proceeded to the collection center at Asaba but on getting there she was not given the device because someone has impersonated her by substituting her bvn with his own. She has complain to npower focal person at Asaba and sent many emails to npower. But the correction is yet to be effected.
What is she going to do in order for her to take the device.
