A Lagos based Facility Management Company is expanding its operations and therefore requires the service of a full-time qualified and experienced Business Development Manager.

Job Purpose:
The role entails identifying, attracting and developing new businesses through sale of product offerings of the company to existing and potential clients and thereby enhance portfolio profitability.
Analysis of industry trend and the strategy to stay ahead of the competition through proactive engagement of clients and designing of customized solutions to exceed customers’ expectations.

Qualification
A minimum of 3 years cognate working experience in a similar role or FM Company
B Sc or HND with a minimum of 2.2 or L.C
Membership of professional bodies (Engineering and Facilities Management) is an added advantage
