The mandatory vehicle particulars....third party insurance is owned by many motorists. My question is "Is this document working?".. In event of an accident, will this document cover the cost of the victim-3rd party(because the insurance owner is at fault)? My experience with one of recent wasn't funny. I need guidance please |
