Pls How Do I Handle This Issue? by Emvico34: 2:38am On Mar 05, 2018
good day nairalander.
Pls i am in trouble and i need public opinion.three years ago i paid for a room (face me i face u) at isheri olofin -lagos. The total amount i paid then was around 78k including agent and agreement. ( the money was for one year and six months) But since i moved in to this house things change totally. I hardly feed myself and my family let alone buying cloths. My rent expired last year December. My land lady then gave me quit notice last month to pack out of her house on the 7th of may this year.
But on Saturday 3/2/2018 she came back and said i should leave her house that she can't wait till may again.
Pls i need an advise on this issue cos i don't know where to pack my load to. Is there anything i can do? She has already locked my window from outside with wood and nails. I can't even open my window again.
And she has threaten to lock up my house before this week runs out if i fails to leave the house. Pls help.
I need to know what to do. Thanks
