The engineer did his own analysis and calculations, using current market rates for diesel and compared it to what Ambode's govt said they spent. The difference is as clear as night and day. And logistics cost are already factored into final diesel costs. It is not a seperate charge. So what other breakdown are you waiting for again, when it is clear that the govt is telling a big fat lie?

There is a template used to calculate final cost, to the consumer! It is actually cheaper to buy from a truck than to go to a filling station. Those in trucks offer huge discounts especially buying in huge quantities. Some offer up to 40 Naira discount.

You actually pay less you don't pay separately for driver and truck.

This is from years of experience in buying diesel to power several bank branches. You must not lie to make a point but this is APC lies over needless matters.
