I got a new tecno L8 lite last week from ikeja. After few days the low part of the screen stop responding and I took it back to where I bought it. They told me they will take it to there service center and it will take 2 weeks for them to get it back to me because it has13months warranty. Now I want to know is this the right thing that should be done or they are ment to give me another 1? |

Where did you buy it from ? If you still have your warranty take it to carl care,they will get it fixed. |

It just stopped responding? It didn't fall down or something? Well, Carlcare is where you need to take it. |
