Hello sir,

I would appreciate if you could explain the concept of Study Permit as it relates to our common goal here - travelling out to study.

I applied April 11. I did upfront medicals.

Still on BG check and eligibility review. No update on medicals.

Sadly my application wasn't approved..... I have been a silent reader.

I submitted my application 6th of April(early hours of the morning), was able to do my bio metrics same day. Submitted an upfront medical report...... NB:online route.

Undergraduate abroad, had good financial standing from my sponsor. Am gainfully employed, with 10 months experience and still counting, after I got retained in the company I served in(a year plus 10months)

Was denied on the ground that the VO wasn't convinced I ll be back after my studies. NB there was a letter from my company to prove ties.

Please what else would I have added to prove ties?
Also what's the fastest way to get a gcm's note?

Another undergraduate degree after service? Was the home tie the only reason? Or did VO also say not convinced you are a genuine student?

Lol.....Applied March 12, Biometrics March 16, Eligibility review started April 30, Medical Request May 1, Medical done May 3, Medical passed May 6. Since then, it has been on background processing and eligibility review since then. .
12 weeks counting, should I send case specific email for update or still hold on for CIC.

Also, the bank accumulate balances. The balance will definitely be inaccurate. It is best you ask for a new bank statement. That's my take
bbclue:

Additional. .hmmmmm to me I will say you reprint all over again..because printing additional page will be on a separate bank paper....or are u going to staple it with the previous one......just closed your eye and reprint 6month bank statement....other you can still print 3month bank statement if you wish

@ope100 My Nigga, My Nigga ✌✌✌

[qquote author=Ope100 post=67984297]Hi Bldr Kemdy

Have you obtained admission for a Bsc in Civil Engr in a Canadian institution?

If you have, IMO your major concern should be how you plan to convince the V.O that A bsc in civil is what you need at this point in your life, and not by chance. During you OND did you take civil courses like Strength of material, structural analysis, structural design, foundation engineering, mechanics of materials, and the likes? Or are you exposed to interpreting Reinforcement bar blueprints to artisans, bending schedules, casting of reinforced concrete etc

If you are and you can proof this and more with any form of documentations you may stand a good chance in convincing the V.O of your intentions to study a B.sc civil.

About whether you should declare you enrollment in your HND or not. IMO, if you declare it, what's to stop you from also abandoning the civil engr. Program your going for.? You need to think like the V.O

All the very best

In your case, I think you have a justifiable reason to send a CSE.

It will be good if you send them a CSE inquiry email as your current application has passed the stipulated processing time.

Hi all

Are applicants required to submit the original notarized document at the VFS or a photocopy of the notarized document?

Thanks.
