I usually tell people that literacy which means ability 2 read and write usually doesn't equate 2 education, which is about understanding ur environment(including what u read) & then communicating appropriately. D story doesn't say anything about a woman giving orders. Its only in d military, that orders are given from superior 2 subordinate.
