You have not prooved beyond reasonable doubt that he was actually the one. You go to the law court with facts and not assumptions. It may be anybody because he one's used your phone to check his facebook or you saw the pics on his fb does not justify he actually hacked your account. You have retrieved your account which shows,you have erased evidence the act actually happened. Move on and unfriend him on fb,your life and anywhere you think he can hurt you. Sorry bro. |
