Sorry I totally disagree with you, bishop can make suggestion not listing who will succeed him. Not in Catholic church. There are a lot of dioceses that are headed by non indigenous bishops. In fact only few dioceses have their indigenous priest heading the dioceses. However, if purpose christianity is purely knowing and serving God, does it really matter who is there or where he is from?
