I have a laptop running on window xp sp2, I also have a nokia 3230 with its connecting kit which i use as a modem. The issue is that any time i try to access the internet, just to view a page it must have deducted about #120 from my credit balance. I want to ask if there is any kind of configuration I can do to my system or the phone so as to allow me browse for free or at a reduced cost.
