Can we discuss this issue of married women living above their income. l am particular about women who are the family bread winners. l know of a friend that earns a very very low salary, but do things that people who earn far cant do. To be frank l know she is cheating, my concern is that why do the husband do as if he is not seeing what is happening.

Husbands, what will you do if your wife is spending/investing more than she earns, and you see evidences of it. (what can you do especially if she is the breadwinner)[b][/b][/color][color=#990000]

Some men actually trade their respect/prestige for money/wealth. So when such men sees their women messing around with other men they seem to pretend they don't see nothing as long as the money is coming in and they have access to enjoy in the luxury, i.e they drive their wives' state of the art cars, and there is always delicacy meals on their tables. In such relationship, genuine love doesn't exist or is dead, it has turn to pretense. And be rest assured that the man himself is having a secret affair with another lady/woman, which he must not let his wife suspect, so he looks very much a gentleman to the foolishness of the wife and at the same time looks so foolish to the wife for been so gullible and seemingly blind. Koni Koni Love!

I have never been in such position where my wife earns than me, and if I found myself there and my woman will not respect me 'cos she is the bread winner, I'll give her up! With the little I earn I will have my peaceful and contented life to live.

Thank you for your contribution.  l love the word PRETENCE, so they actual know and pretend not to.  thats very shameful.

There is nothing really bad about the woman earning higher or being the bread winner, some women do this with respect to husband and their woman dignity intact.  My concern is where they sell their self respect for the sake of PROVIDING for the household, and the man pretend not to see!

Actually I have seen. Not sure how much the guy knows but she appears to be quite happy "doing it".

What will I do? Well I will do what is rational given certain circumstances.Infact the variables are too many to consider. I dont know what I will do

My Peace, you will be saddened by the kind of craziness going on in most marraiges now especially in big towns like Abuja, Lagos and Port. Men, able bodied men look for women they can feed fat on, the men refuse to work they claim to be business men then look for women who are earning huge salaries to scrub off, so the man really does not care where the money comes from.

you are very correct!  God will indeed help marriages! lt seems some of our men are becoming lazy!  and again employement is favouring women these days more than man (l may be wrong)  But take a look at the banking industry, more women than men!

How do u know for sure that the lady is cheating?She might have her own personal biz,have rich parents,siblings,uncles or aunt undecided Most ppl dont survive on their salary alone these days.
@Topic,If my hubby is spending more than i think he shld be spending( not even earning) i wud ask him how and when he came abt the extra funds.
