You should get the following ingredients:

Lime 1
Potato 1
Cucumber 1/2
Original honey
Process:
1.Rub the potatoes on the dark or affected area for 2 mins( if you like you can grate it and rub the grated on to the area)
2. Cut the lime into two ( rub half of it to the affected area
3. Grate and rub the cucumber
4 rub honey .
Visibly result in 3 weeks.

Grated potato( extract the juices)
2 spoon of honey
Mix all well together.
