You can't even compare edo state to imo state. Also dont be dense. when we are talking about Lagos nobody is mentioning Ojo, Agege, okokomaiko Oshodi, Ipaja, mushin,Ikorodu. Those place are villages that the average eastern village is better, cleaner with even more modern houses. Can you compare Orlu to ikorodu? Abi you smoke?We are talking Ikeja, surulere & Island. Owerri can stand with those places toe to toe.

I am from Imo state, and saying that Lagos is dirty & smelling is not an insult, its the truth especially VI, & Lekki. IN phc too, GRA phase 2 although developed is also smelling. It means the govt has to do more in drainage & sewage disposal cos thats the reason it smells. Mind you i was also born and raised in lagos departed it for university in Rivers and stayed there for a long time also got a job there b4 I was posted to lagos. Redeployed from lagos to my state of origin cos its less crazy, and affordable

Below is a house in Houston TX. Its even expensive because its newly constructed. Notice the space for front with a 2 car garage (so you can actually park 4 cars in front)and space at the back. Thats probably a 2 and half plot there.
