He never knew that his Government was still running 'Oil Subsidy' scheme where over $5b USD has been paid without recourse to the National Assembly as required by law. He does not even know that Kaduna, Taraba, Plateau and Benue States have been hit with genocide led by the notorious Fulani Herdsmen. Then the most shocking of all was his claim that he didn't know the IGP flaunted his orders and left Benue same day. Looking at Buhari as a person, he might be telling the truth in all these and the far fetch implications of this being the truth is that some people are using his office to do stuff, while he's just there answering Mr. President.
