Yes I did. The issue here is not the opening date, rather the fact that it probably collapsed while not in use. It is wrong for them to have put it up without stress testing ....you don't stress test in 'production' environment (my IT colleagues would understand this better).

Or are you saying that the 'concrete' was not properly cured and was expected to be by the early 2019 date, while at the same time mount it on a busy road?

Mind you its a pre-cast bridge and so should have properly cured before it leaving the point of production.

It makes no sense, bridge shouldn't be used until early 2019, then what was the need in using this accelerated building construction method, when a normal building method should have been done and the bridge could be used later this year.
