When Buhari paid BokoHaram terrorists huge sum of money for #ChibokGirls, they abducted DapchiGirls. After enjoining this why will they not abduct more girls?

A responsible government do not negotiate with murderous terrorists. That will tantamount to funding them. Murderous Wahhabi terrorism pose existential threat to humanity, destroy them. Period!
