Galaxy's video announcing the signing of Zlatan Ibrahimovic reportedly cost £13,000 to make.


After leaving Manchester United this week, Ibrahimovic’s move to the MLS side was confirmed on Friday.

Galaxy posted a short video confirming the deal and in the 21-second clip, Ibrahimovic strolls towards the camera with a lion prowling in the background.

He says: “Los Angeles, welcome to Zlatan.”

But staggeringly, the short clip is understood to have cost a whopping £13,000 to make.

Ahead of Galaxy’s official announcement, Ibrahimovic announced his arrival in typical Zlatan style – taking a full page advert out in the LA Times.
