Dude, listen up, dat Modem can't be unlock..ZTE modems are kind of difficult to unlock compare to Huawei! ZTE are mean company...lol

Don't say that ZTE modems cannot be unlocked. Unlike huawei modems that can be unlocked once you have the unlock code (for most of them anyway), ZTE modems require the modem to be plugged into a laptop and then unlocked using a software. I know this because i have unlocked a couple of ZTE modems myself.
