Hi all gurus. Please there is this Zain/Airtel Huwei USB modem i am trying unlock, i already have the unlock code and everytime i put non resident SIM, instead of bringing up the dialog box for the unlock code, it will bring up a message that the device can only be used with specified SIM card. Please help.

Very funny,when a modem is locked,it means it can only accept a particular type of sim. For instance,mtn modem is expected to work only with mtn sim,other sim cards are not allowed
