Teachers and school workers, especially in the private schools behave insanely atimes maybe because they are remunerated poorly that I don't know. 6years ago my niece(3 years old) was crushed to death with the school bus in the name of urinating!

The mother was wrong by allowing a 3 and 2 year old go on excursion. Dey are way too young. Last time I allowed my 6 and 4 year old one came back with a face injury.

Which other side do you want to hear now? From the teacher or the school? That the children refused to come down and then they locked the bus? Or they forgot the children thinking they were school bags? Anyway your opinion doesn't even count...

Exactly, what would they remember
Excursion is not for babies
Parents should take my advice, NEVER ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN GO ON EXCURSION IN CRÈCHE,NURSERY AND EVEN PRIMARY
It has worked WELL for me,my children DONT go on excursion,I no fit shout
For every excursion they miss, we take them out to fun places and give them a nice time.I NO FIT SHOUT

Correct!!!

If this matter is in court as stated by the person or people behind this post. Then, bringing the matter and the school before the general public who are definitely not privy to the full story from all parties involved is clearly Malicious and Unfortunate.
Also, my little experience in life has taught me not to generalise nor make conclusions when only one side of a story is told.

Malicious and unfortunate in what sense? The kids were left alone, unsupervised and locked up in a school bus. They could have died from heatstroke or asphyxiation. And the mother is crying out loud, now. So what is malicious about that?

Just for the records:

Crane School has no intention to join issues with the persons behind the post: (Woman Recounts How She Almost Lost Her Two Kids From School's Negligence. On 26th March, 2018) on social media. However, it is imperative to put right or put in proper perspective various misleading information posted by the writer.

Firstly, there has never been any physical contact between the school's lawyer and the lawyer to the children's parents, only correspondences on paper. The school's lawyer has never stated, expressly nor by implication, that the other lawyer should "Do his worst" as declared by the writer of the above post.

Secondly, as at the time the children's parents arrived to take them, they had eaten, just like other children; they were healthy and strong, taking part in the various scheduled activities. Neither of the children had fainted nor was resuscitated from a coma. We are indeed marvel at these claims!

Be that as it may, we have explained the true picture of events surrounding the incident to the children's parents, as well as, apologise directly to them, severally in order to placate any harsh feelings they might have about the incident.

We have no misgivings about saying again, that we are truly sorry and regret any kind of inconvenience that the incident may have caused them.

This attempt by the writer of the post to rubbish the good image of Crane School, using social media is quite unfortunate.

At Crane Schools, the safety, wellbeing and development of our pupils/students is dear to us.

Principal.

Other Parents should've joined in solidarity and withdraw their children from that School, but guess what? they wont, we are the cause of our own problems. We do not collectively support what is right or wrong, we only support what feeds our bias. Whizkid had beef with Linda Ikeji and said nasty things about her and people still listen to and buy his music. GEJ's govt is corrupt but people still voted him, now this govt is not doing so well, but some folks will rather vote this govt than an ibo man or Niger delta man. Its pathetic.

You still have not dealt with the main issue: Why was a 2 year old child and a 3 year old boy locked up in a school bus/vehicle, unattended, unsupervised and unwatched? shocked Isn't this a classic case of negligence? How could the teachers who accompanied the kids on that excursion trip, have been so derelict in their duties?

You are right by all standards, negligence on the part of the child handlers .the teacher, driver should be called to question as I am not ruling out any suspicion on planned kidnap gone wrong.

BUT the question that still remained unanswered is " How could the parents allow kids of 2 years and 3 years go for excursion" like I said in my previous post I will BLATTANTLY tell the school authorities to exclude my kids from such excursions.
