1) two men started from the same point and walked in opposite directions. each man walked for 50 minutes and turned left, walked for another 20 minutes and stopped. how far apart are they, if each man walked at the same rate of 6km/hr? |

By finding the distance a man walked each, will get 5km and 2km respectively. Then using pythagorean theorem c^2 = a^2 + b^2, u will get 5.385km. Since both men walked at the same rate of 6km/hr, it will then be 5.385 * 2 = 10.77km shankeke: 1 Like |
