Catch him like how? If they were officials and they stopped him and he refused they have grounds to suspect him as a felon because only a felon flees on a command to stop we have to think about these things from the side of a police officer on duty. May justice take place.

Nigerian security agencies and impunity are 5 & 6. It's a painful exit.

is that justifiable? for them to open fire on the bus knowing that there are passengers in the vehicle. why don't they call their other team to apprehend the fleeing driver? so unprofessional idiots when it comes to weapon handling

But it was one of the civil defense officer that shot the full tank in the process of blowing the tire. The driver saw the bus was on fire from the side mirror and jumped out of the moving bus before the bus entered the deadly pit
