First of all i know this is not the right thread to post these buh you guys just have to hear me out..........
I just got my bank account opened recently and few days ago i went there to seek for my atm card,i was given the atm card and was directed to another place for activation with a pos system within the bank.I did all what was required eg (new password). Left there after that without questioning no one, have it in mind that i didn't use the atm card since then.Fast forwarded to yesterday when i try to load my sim through my account and my password is not working,i was just getting error...
Now my question is that,do i have to use the atm card on the atm machine before i can recharge or my atm card is not yet fully activated.
