Sometime last year, I noticed Facebook flatly did not allow me to use my Nigerian PayPal account to purchase facebook adverts.

Is Nigerian PayPal now okay? Does Facebook accept it? Can I use it to purchase goods from sites using PayPal? Have things now changed.

Your response will be greatly appreciated

@ Op ,as far as i can testify i used my card to pay through paypal from here in Nigeria to other platforms this year,2018.

I did too,with my Nigerian Paypal account. Though i haven't received money yet.
