I am in a new location now. So no routine....
1 225 mg morning n 1 night...

I am addicted to it like dependant on it. If I don't take it in the morning. I might not even get up from the bed.... If I don't I can sleep. So I just take it to have a Normal day. Without it. No Normal day for me....
Well I feel good after... Like high...
