Why did she not have an off court discussion with the media personnel? Why in the presence of gullible church goers?
Cromcruach91:

In fairness to the judge, she probabaly is tired of the publicity. Which could attract unfavourable people to try to influence the case on the pastor's behalf, or assuming she rules agains the pastor, his lawyers could accuse her of being influenced.

As for the members of the pastor's kirk, they are man-worshippers. God has abandoned that church ages ago.

Truly the most Merciful, the most Magnificent is Omni-patient.

So someone should correct me if I'm wrong...but it seems in today's Christianity ; for God to answer your prayer you have to sow seed with( and the richer you are the better your chances of salvation) your property, cars or money. And if you are poor ; this modern version of their God will only answer your prayers if you sow seed with everything you have got - meaning if you are dirt poor then this modern God will not even look your way, because you are obviously under spiritual attack to be that poor. So since you so poor to sow seed then you are doomed to a life of penury and constant spiritual attack. shocked

My question is when has salvation become so costly? undecided
Are we in search of spirituality so bad that we will believe anyone that comes in sheep's clothing , getting carried àway by their so called miracles rather than turning to God himself?

It seems everyone is in need of salvation and miracle so bad that where ever it comes from doesn't matter. I mean how does a congregation see a pastor kissing a married woman to drive out evil spirits and still see nothing wrong in all these shenanigans.

Pastors are committing all kinds of fuckery and the congregation still follow blindly.
Do they actually read their Bibles? There are verses in the Bible from Revelation 16:14 to Matthew 24:24 that clearly talks about these fake prophets and miracles. Can't they read? angry

And nobody should tell me the 'sheeple' are never forced to sow seed with their properties. Working on someone Psychologically doesn't need force and it has a lasting effect than force.

Magistrate is sympathetic to the defendant. There's no legal reason why the case shouldn't be reported.
