They still have to pay billions in compensation, deal with court cases and demolish hundreds of priorities.

It will get done, but not anytime soon.

No it's the truth of your ancestors that slaughtered each other almost close to extinction that your obas begged whites to come colonize you just to save you rats from wiping each other of the face of Earth

Well I don't need pray your race to be wiped the Bleep out. You lots are already doing a marvelous job at it with your skull mining tactics as I type this. Before we know there will not be one single ounce of your pitiful race on Earth courtesy of you animals and best believe, I don't believe anybody will miss you pigs. Even with whites saving you savages from extinction, you pigs found another way to complete natural selection. Thank God for that.

lol, you are pained because you are beneath us, and you will
always be, when the whites came to yoruba land, they met a very organised structure, they even commended the settings of egbaland ( abeokuta) but unfortunately, since your head is flat from birth, maybe some vital components has been flattened out,if not, you should know who the europeans saved from extinction, we dont belong to a group that takes joy in cannibalism, or when did your fore fathers started wearing clothes? if you know your history well, the way of life of your people then was even below tropical rain forest animals. The Europeans saved your people from extinction and you owe them a lot for that, when next you see an european, do not hesitate to be grateful for the gift of life he gave you.

Where in my post did I even EVER indicated I give two bleeps about saving the hellish pit you animals digged unaselves in. Infact, I despise you pig very much and i said it repeatedly unapologetically so what makes you think I care about wtf damages you do to yourselves? I see this shit as a positive as the amount you lots have accumulated already, your great great great grand children will still struggling to pay it of so what makes you think I give two bleeps about that? Maybe u should reread what I wrote because my post in No way showed I give two bleeps about you animals. My post was a direct response to let him know abandoned projects after billions of loans was taking out for it is a common ass act in that skull mining region.

funny monkey, Anambra you constantly try to compare your looting ass leaders with is one of the least indebted state in that country, high HDI and last I checked, there are not repeatedly rolling out incomplete projects just to loot as much as they can all in the determinal of their own people. In as much as I despise obiano, he'll still better than your propagandist leaders.

It's a WONDERFUL thing that one single leaders are replicating you pigs propaganda behaviors. It is already sickening enough to continuously get that propaganda bullsgit from you Southwest pigs while your own people languishing in hell... It'll be disgusting to have more follow your footstep. After all, you claim to be the least poverty region in that country but yet a study On malnourishment, y'all motherfuckers rank highest than all Southern group. So called the least poverty on paper, can't even feed their fucking self in real life. You claim to have high IGR yet you stay borrowing billions of dollars with nothing tangible to show for it cause your entire region still look like a shit stuck in the 18th century. Funny thing, you are the only region that had had ZERO thing that hinder your development for few years unlike every other region in that country yet your region still look like a piece of shit in real life but looks good on papers though. Any Igbo leader that ever dare Copy you lots propagandist behavior needs to be shot. It's a good thing they are not

The truth is, Ambode has politicized every achievement from Fashola. Where is Lagos homes?

Ipob illeterate, is Lagos not in the SW.

There is a clear difference between abandoned and slow down because of funds.

If you're going to make dumb and silly claims about abandonment, shouldn't you show us any government or official document that says the projects are completely abandoned and never will be completed?

You Igbos come up with the most ignorant and warped mentality rubbish ever.

I am not IPOB, but the poster does have a point. This is a Nigerian problem, not just a Lagosian one.

In terms of Lagos, excluding Eko Atlantic which interestingly enough isnt a government project, the following projects are yet to be delivered.

Light Rail red and blue lines still not operational

4th mainland bridge, construction has not started

Roads, even on Lagos Island there are many roads that are in a poor and dilapidated state.

Second expressway project for the Lekki axis, this road was meant to reduce congestion along the main Lekki Epe expressway and run along water corporation road all the way up the island, construction never started.

Of the projects successfully initiated by Fashola, the following are now in decline :

Refuse collection, the project was foolishly handed to visionscape who are simply failing to keep the streets clean.

BRT, this BRT system is also failing as the system was removed from LAMATAs control and again handed to a private company. This company merely looted the funds and drivers have not been paid and buses have no fuel..

When it comes to other regions the picture is even worse.

The Rivers state monorail a massive white elephant if I ever saw one..

The failed Centenary Hills project in Abuja the list of projects is endless..

The real source of the problem is poor Leadership..

I nearly fell off my seat when I read what he wrote. shocked How many projects were begun and left uncompleted in Lagos? 5? 10? or 20? Only the Ilubirin Foreshore estate & Lagos light rail comes to mind. The 4th mainland bridge has not even been started, yet. Is this not the same Lagos where different flyovers or bridges, roads, jetties, a new six-room court complex in Badagry, pedestrian bridges, channelisation of 4 out of the 30 commercial ferry routes, 85 newly constructed classroom blocks in 9 schools, a newly constructed Helipad at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) and a new bus terminal have been completed? I am not a fan of this state govt, because of the way Ambode increased LUC charges. I actually preferred our dear BRF Fashola, but I wouldn't say Ambode has not done anything, either.

Ambode is also said to have completed a total of 21 roads and three bridges, connecting Lagos state to Ogun State. http://thenationonlineng.net/apc-leaders-laud-ambode-completion-21-boundary-roads/

LAGOS@50: Ambode Commissions 10 Roads, Three Bridges, Other Projects | Monarch, Community Leaders Laud Quality Of Projects

The Lagos @ 50 celebrations took a new dimension this week as the State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode embarked on commissioning of several infrastructural projects across the State.

The projects, including network of roads, bridges, seven transformers, Street Lighting infrastructures, monuments and a recreation park, the Governor said was in line with his commitment to make life comfortable for residents irrespective of location within the boundaries of the State.

Among the projects commissioned from Tuesday and expected to climax on Saturday include Ijegun-Isheri-Osun-Isolo Road, Idimu-Ejigbo Road (Phase II), New Market Road, Camp Davies Road/Ishefun Road, all in Alimosho Local Government Area; Brown Road in Surulere; Adisa Ajibulu Road with Bridge and Kolawole Shonibare Street, Ajao Estate Road, both in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area.

Other projects include installation of new transformers in Ibeju-Lekki, Epe, Eredo, Agbowa-Ikosi, Igbogbo-Bayeku, Ikorodu and Olorunda areas as well as Ojuloge Monument located opposite National Arts Theatre, Iganmu; Empowerment Monument at Sabo, Yaba; Drummer Monument at Ebute Ipakodo Roundabout, Ikorodu and Badagry Recreational Park, Topo, Idale.

At the commissioning of Ijegun-Isheri, Osun-Isolo Road, the Governor who was represented by the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Tpl. Wasiu Anifowose said the delivery of the road project was part of the efforts of his administration to ease movement of people from one point to the other.

The dual carriage way road project, which included two bridges at Isheri Oshun and Ailegun junction, drains on both sides, service ducts and street lighting, among others, is a viable alternative route for people of Ijegun, Ijeododo and Isheri Oshun to link Apapa-Oworonshoki Expressway through Jakande Estate.

The road, which is with a total length of 6,500m long and average width of 20.350m, was also designed to significantly decongest traffic at the ever busy Ikotun junction.

He said the project would greatly improve connectivity and significantly reduce travel time as well as man hour lost due to traffic congestion in the area. While commending the quality of the work done on the project, the Monarch said the road would greatly relieve Ejigbo, Ikotun and Ijegun of the perennial traffic congestion in the areas.

Governor Ambode also commissioned Brown Road in Coker Aguda Local Council Development Area (LCDA) which is a link road to about 12 other roads in the area...
