You're totally correct but, ONLY in theory and on paper BUT, in reality... it's totally different. In a capitalist economy that we live in... the laws are made to favor the top guns 90% of the time.

It's not abt my opinion. It is what it is... REALITY!

You created a bad impression/image (regardless of the circumstance) of yourself, the moment you go legal with your employers. It's a Capitalist world... Hire /fire at will or discretion, even contracts are NOT restricted within this confinement.

Go ask all the top, top European coaches (Mourinho, Capello, et al...). Your best bet is to have negotiated a lucrative term in the contract agreement so it won't get to this stage.

Please, it's NOT about race else, he won't have gotten the job in the first place. shocked

Remember, Talent will ONLY take you this far... Attitude/Character/Personality will take you very, very far!

In Yoruba, we say: "Eefin n'iwa... Iwa l'ewa" cool meaning.... Your attitude (good/bad) is like a smoke... A good attitude is a beauty to behold.

Goodluck! wink

So deep down in your mind you have genuinely concluded that Sunday Oliseh is siting down somewhere to read all that you have to say?

What you think is reality is actually just your opinion.
To many God is good, to some God must be wicked for allowing so much evil in the world, while to others there's no God at all.

Reality is different from opinion. If he says this is a reality, it means it is backed up by facts. So it is first the truth, before being an opinion. Unless there are no clear cases, then it can be considered purely as his opinion.

If God has been good to me and I have a evidence, then its simple, God is good to me because I have evidence. Evidential argument is superior to opinions.

If someone steals, he is a thief! Simple!

Sitting down in your bedroom writing trash...As if you have ever achieved anything worthwhile...Ogbeni, write on something you know...Stop behaving like a kid because of the "likes" you had gotten on Nairaland...Many coaches have parted ways with their employers in more acrimonious circumstances and nothing happened to them...

It's people like you who cordon bad practises, indiscipline and mediocrity in Nigeria.....That's why Nigeria has remained like this...

My friend read and understand before commenting. The person you quoted never Said that Oliseh would not get another coaching job else where, rather he he pointed out the issue (attitude) that should be addressed by Sunday Oliseh.

You are mixing too many things up here .

If you want to say Oliseh has an attitude problem say so explictly otherwise wha has that got to do with this.

Without being a part of the conflict it is wrong to make a blanket ban against suing.

A club may damage your reputation and can do so een if you do not sue.Sometimes suing is the ONLY option so that everyone one knows all the facts . Yes that may put off some employers but not everyone. Football is a big family and it matters who you know.

There are countless managers with terrible attitudes
and others too have gone to court. I remember Kevin Keegan goint to cout against NewCastle and Even Alex Ferguson ( over a horse) went to court with his employer.

Personally I d not see Mourinho as having a better attitude and yes it is YOUR OPINION and YOUR REALITY not EVERYONE's

If MOU can be hired with all his attitude and mouthedness, if Ballotelli can be hired despite the controversy around him. Oliseh own dey very small, even get better result for the club.
