A farmer in China just moved his 3-storey building 40 meters away from a road construction site to avoid demolition. Instead of building another one, the farmer hired a professional construction team to detach the building from its foundations; then pay another company, Yancheng, to gently move it 40 meters away from the site to a new place onto a new foundation.
