I used to be amaze why my respected Christian brothers some of them highly educated and all refute and dismiss some important part of the Bible as old testament while they still quote the same old testament to support some points when they deem it fit!

An example is the consumption of pork (swine).
My respected brothers if some sections of the Bible are no longer valid why not expunge them already!

A better question you should ask them is why your religion of Christianity holds on to a Covenant that God has cursed all of Israel according to His promise in His Old Law of Moses - Deuteronomy 28 vs 15 - 57. undecided
9 “But, Lord our God, you are kind and forgiving, even though we rebelled against you.
10 We have not obeyed the Lord our God. He used his servants, the prophets, and gave us laws, but we have not obeyed his laws.
11 All the people of Israel disobeyed your teachings and turned away from you. They did not listen to you. We sinned, so you did what you promised to do. All the curses and promises[c] in the Law of Moses, your servant, happened to us.
12 “God said those things would happen to us and our leaders, and he made them happen. He made terrible things happen to us. No other city suffered the way Jerusalem suffered.
13 All those terrible things happened to us. This happened just as it is written in the Law of Moses, but we still have not asked the Lord our God for help. We still have not stopped sinning. We still do not pay attention to your truth, Lord.
14 The Lord kept the terrible things ready for us—he made them happen to us. The Lord our God did this because he is fair in everything he does. But we still have not listened to him. - Daniel 9 vs 9 - 14
God in His prophecy of 70 weeks of seven relayed that He had delayed His final judgment against Judah by a period of about 500 years, a period which elapsed over 1900 years ago. Paul affirmed the arrival of the curse on the people in the last days, the generation he was a part of.
10 For as many as are of the works of the Law, are under the curse: For it is written, Cursed is every man that continueth not in all things, which are written in the book of the Law, to do them. - Galatians 3 vs 10
If we know that the God of Israel carried out the sentence He promised to against His Israel — He cursed the entirety of Israel(and Judah)—and there is hence no redemption to be found by following the Law of Moses, why do your gods of men continually preach to you from the same Old Law of Moses? undecided

Why do they tell you that the blessings of God's Old Law of Moses apply to you even today when the God of Israel instead said only curses will be had by all of His people Israel from that same Law, beginning over 1900 years ago? undecided
