Around 2am today. I woke up to stiffness of the heart. I had to start hitting gently it before I became relieved. what could be the cause ? And lately I have palpitations on things that really matter less. Happy Sunday. |

heart disease/heart problem. it has happened to me once. dat might b shortage of blood or poor inflow of d blood to d heart. watch ur diet. eat food gud 4 d heart n blood. e.g fruits, beans. mango is very good. ur problem is just a sign of impending heart problem. it may nt occur again wen u do right tin. |
