op before u applied for the program, u were told the following:
1. npower is a volunteer program n not a job
2. you were advised to continue to seek better opportunities
3. you were told its for two years after which u will leave n others will follow suit.
4. you were given n additional incentive to develop ur entrepreneurship skills. (tablet)
5. you were paid.

having gotten all these, don't u think its quite greedy n selfish n lazy to now request to be permanent in ur place of assignment?

what is ur qualification? these f.g jobs av a way of limiting ones potential. I guess u r a graduate of science n u r being employed in a pry school as a clerk, receiving instructions from people u r higher than in qualification.

why not create a good business for ursef ? u av some tools already.

we need to wise up in this country where a fresh graduate has reduced himself to $85/ month.
