The car has a driver who is probably situated at the back, controlling the vehicle by means of a modified steering.

To drive in Nigeria requires the most advanced level 5 autonomy which does not currently exist. Moreover, to even have a degree of autonomy approaching that of level 5 requires special sensors such as lidar, cameras radar, etc. This vehicle clearly has none of those, so it couldn't have been autonomously driven.

That's not a self driving car, it's a remote operated car.

Nigeria does not have infrastructure for self driving cars!
