Court Frees 2 Boko Haram Suspects by 6Ebisco: 12:28pm On Apr 12, 2018
A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday discharged two suspects who had been arraigned for alleged ties with Boko Haram insurgency.

The suspects were discharged due to lack of diligent prosecution by the government.

While discharging the defendants, Justice Binta Nyako said that Ibrahim Ahmed had been in detention since 2013, while Sani Argungu had been detained since 2012 without the case proceeding to trial.

The judge blamed it on the failure of the government to call any of its witnesses adding that the defendants could be re-arraigned whenever the prosecution was able to get its witnesses to attend court.

“The defendants have been in custody with no trial because the prosecution cannot bring its witnesses to court. So, I discharge the defendants and the suit is hereby struck out,” she said.

She added that the defendants, although discharged, would be monitored and warned them not to associate with any person of questionable character.

Ibrahim, in his statement, confessed that he was a security guard at the government house in Sokoto.

He was arraigned for allegedly giving passage to Boko Haram members.

Of course why will boko haram terrorist not be freed? Are they not muslims? According to Sharia law: Muslims shall never be prosecuted for killing infidels. Even when dragged to court, no witness will show up as Muslims are forbidden to serve as witness against Muslims in infidel court even in Sharia Court. The only exception is if the Muslim kills a Muslim. That was how the killers of Igbo shop owner in Kano were released.
Watch and see, no boko haram terrorist will be prosecuted, jailed or sentenced to death by buhari's govt. The ones GEJ managed to catch and prosecute have all been freed by buhari in line with Sharia injunction.

Nigerians are being taking for fools by buhari's deceptive govt via fight against boko haram DECEPTION.

Not surprised . In Jan, Fulani herds men pledged their support for Buhari's second term bid, then last three weeks, boko haram members pledged their support for Buhari"s second term bid as well.

Its no more a news, its a normal thing under Buhari's govt.

Buhari is a Muslim
Buhari is an islamic fanatic
Buhari is a terrorist He shares the same ideology with Abubakar shekau

It shall never be well with Buhari, boko haram members, Fulani jihadist and all other Islamic terrorist that are still supporting his second term bid

Lalasticla
