To my understanding as a web developer, WordPress is mostly used for blogs(nice blogs), but for e-commerce site I will recommend MAGENTO,which is the best e-commerce CMS tool for site or DRUPAL,but if you are to choose between WordPress and joomla, I will prefer WordPress but not the best for creating e-commerce site

I think you need judge it from yourself, which one you can use it smoothly, because both of them can achieve your aim. So maybe the point is not find the best one, but find one tools you can control it better

I think https://eulerr.com/ is something new - designed for people to build their own website. Using Wordpress is fine, but I think it's worth pointing out that there's more to it than just installing the program, whacking in a theme and a few plugins then forgetting about it.
