1. Buyer & Seller sign and seal this contract and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable with Seller and Buyer lodging contract at their respective banks.
2. Seller will provide copies of Q88, CPA, MARINE INSURANCE, BILL OF LADING, SGS CERTIFICATE directly from Seller's bank with full banking responsibility to Buyer's bank for verification.
3. Buyer after successful receipt and verification on above documents sends ATB format and Buyer’s bank issues a conditional MT103/72 cash backed for the cargo to Seller's nominated bank.
4. Seller upon receipt of Buyer's instrument sails loaded cargo to Buyer's destination which is Dakar - Senegal Port of West Africa.
5. Seller confirms instrument and Seller’s vessel issues NOR / ETA to Buyer's POD harbor master.
6. Seller issues shipment schedule for the first month delivery of first lift of 2,000,000/6,000,000 barrels.
7. Seller's vessel arrives in the Port of Senegal - Dakar and vessel Captain issues MATB and Buyer's Supercargo and Inspectors for Q & Q analysis by independent inspector at the port of discharge.
8. Within 72 hours after discharge of crude oil at Buyer's port of destination/storage. Buyer pays for the crude oil as per the final Q & Q report issued by independent inspector at the port of discharge and out-turn barrel.
9. Payment for the cargo are made by MT103/SWIFT wire transfer directly to Seller's authorized beneficiary nominated bank accounts and commission to agents and facilitators as stipulated in the contract within 72 hours. The payment shall be released against title from Seller's bank and must be completed simultaneously bank to bank.
10. Product delivery to Buyer's nominated port of discharge against presentation of stated shipping documents, Q & Q report, Commercial Invoice, etc ( non-negotiable copies) at Buyer's bank.

11. Documents to be provided:
a) Original and 3 Copies of Commercial Invoice.
b) Full set of 3 Original and non-negotiable Copies of Bill of Lading.
c) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Quantity.
d) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Quality.
e) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Origin.
f) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Master's Receipt of Samples.
g) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Master's Receipt of each one - copy document.
h) 1 Original Ullage Report issued at loading Terminal.
i) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Cleanliness Report at loading Port.
j) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Customs Clearance Certificate.
k) Charter Party Agreement (CPA).
l) 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Ownership & warranty of Title.
