I agree that these states are worst cos I have been there and have seen. Most northern youths are junkies. Imagine girls of 15,16,17 yrs and co lodging in hotels when their mates are in school during school hours just doing drugs and having sex. At times in u will hear a loud sound from these young girls calling for help only for hotel attendants to get into the room and see a very young girl who has just passed out as a result of overdose.
Hmmmm!!!! The rate of drug abuse in the far NORTH is alarming. Honestly, no part of she county abuse drugs than the North.

EdifiedCEO:

The Benue State police in collaboration with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) officers have arrested a J-5 truck with cartons of tramadol drugs.

The commissioner of police,Fatai Owoseni who paraded the suspects alongside the substance disclosed that the substance which was packed in different boxes with different names upon checking turned out to be tramadol, a drug taken by youths to commit crime.

Owoseni while conducting journalists round, averred that there was an intelligence report that a J-5 bus coming from Aliade to Makurdi was transporting substance
packaged in different cartons believed to be dangerous drugs.

Based on the report the police with officers of NDLEA mobilized and accosted the vehicle with its two occupants. According to the CP, the two suspects arrested have made useful information and investigation is ongoing.

In another development, twelve armed robbers were arrested at different locations of the state, with several items used in perpetrating crimes like locally fabricated pistols, military uniforms, caps, walkie talkie and other weapons including a carton of dangerous drugs recovered from them.

The CP while commending the general public for their support through timely information called on the citizens to say something when they see something.

Yes indeed they are very foolish to consume them by allowing themselves to succumb to their self inflicted addiction; while being aided and abetted by a notoriously selfish, evil, and wicked set of animals; dressed in human skin, majority of whom were born bastards as the bye products of baby factories; rejected for not even being of good enough standards for the ritualists who ordered them nor fit enough for consumption by their Cannibalistic kith and kin.

It Is Natural For Drug Abuse To Thrive Among Almajiris Whose Fathers Abandoned @ The Age Of 2 To Beg In The Street. Until The Northern Youths Ask Their Elites And Parents Questions Taking And Abuse Of Drug Will Not Stop. Tramadol Is All Over The Medicine Shops In The East But The Rate Of Its Abuse Is Very Low. It Is Being Petronised Mostly By Northers Resident Down South. Drug Abuse Is Rooted In The DNA Of The Hausas; No Offence Pls. The Sniff Septic Tank, Sniff Gutter, Sniff Solution, Sniff All Sniffable. Ordinarilly Tramadol Smugglers Will Be Out Of Business If There Are No Buyers. Dont Blame Sellers Because If There Are Willing Buyers, Sellers Must Sell.

We have never denied the problem of drug abuse among our youths; we equally know that worldwide the blame is usually place more on the pusher than the addict; hence the stiffer penalty on the former.
We equally know that when it comes pushing drugs, we have some rotten egg bastards who specialise in poisoning many communities both national and international with their criminality - Thailand, Malaysia, India, China etc all can't be wrong.

If there are no sellers there will be no buyers, that is why worldwide the authorities blame and target more the pusher than the user.
Unfortunately we have a growing number of olosho children here in this country who thrive on exploiting the vulnerability of our youths and also tarnish our image abroad with their criminality of selling drugs.
I pray for when this country would consequently return the death penalty on drug pushing; so that many of these flat-headed bastards would be shipped back to their villages in their coffins - Thailand, Malaysia, China etc all can't be wrong.

I agree with u dear. Changing a drug addict is extremely difficult cos it's a psychological issue. They don't see themselves able to do anything without it,so they are empty without it as they are made to believe by the drugs. That is why we say that they are addicted to it. I will just advice that u are very careful in such an environment cos of its immediate and subsequent related issues. Watch out for ur younger ones too, though don't know how old u are, just be careful.

Well, Until There Is A Parliamentary Amendment/enactment Prohibiting Tramadol And Other Drugs Abused In The North, They Still Remain Over The Counter/prescription Drugs. As For Tarnishing Nigerian Image, Nigeria Has To Take It In Good Faith. If You Dont Want Nigerian Name Tarnished Separate Them From Nigeria. It Is Not By Force To Be Together.

If you were intelligent enough you would have deduced that they are no longer off the counter drugs; and furthermore you do not need a parliamentary act to ban them because such powers had already been vested in relevant food & drug and pharmaceutical regulatory bodies; hence the arrest - better therefore warn your blodas desist from shipping such consignment otherwise they'll be risking heavy fines/real jail time.

Get help immediately from drug rehab centres or the Psychiatric Hospital. Note that it's not only insane people that are treated there. Normal people with temporary issues arising from drug abuse or emotional trauma are well managed there. If possible, confide in a parent.

It's nothing to be ashamed of. People make mistakes. The important thing is to make amends as soon as possible. I pray that you get back on track very soon. Time waits for no one and there's a lot to do to fulfil your divine purpose on earth. I wish you the very best. May God guide you.
