Who is fooling who? Who exactly are the fools? This are questions hanging from the lips of this poet while describing the youths of this present day world... African politicians seem to have gotten the key to their hearts thereby opening and closing it at will; They seem to be the dictator of their actions, all thanks to stipends/peanuts dished at sequences. Our youths need to wake up to this asylum we subjecting ourselves to. This act kills the venom of promising youths thereby giving more room to those pot-bellied politicians to terrorize the masses. This is a call to action to all African youths. Poet Jay from Kenya voices out... Listen! http://www.whykeanthology.com/2018/04/brain-washed-generation.html Proudly Whyke. |

Willexmania: This is the famous Denisovan bracelet. It is 40.000 years old, but some scientists say it might be 70.000 years old. This is way, way before the advent of agriculture as we know. The product of the incredible craftsmanship and skill of Denisovan people. They were a distinct human species like the Neanderthals. The fascinating thing about this bracelet is how it was a record of the skills and development of the time, preserved in broken jewelry. The hole in the middle of it was drilled with a tool, not much different from modern drill bits. They threaded a thin leather cord through the hole, which held a small ring made from the same stone as an extra accessory. Scientists determined the kind of drilling tool and the technique used for drilling the hole by analyzing the drilling marks on the stone, also determined the leather cord from the polishing effect it left. Those people had the skill to tan leather and make cords from it. There is also evidence that they sanded down the damaged parts of the bracelet when it suffered cracks and nicks. So those Denisovan people, tens of thousands of years before agriculture and settlements emerged, had the level of development to drill stone with tools, use grinding methods, tan leather and make cords from it to adorn jewelry, which shows a level of development far beyond what it should have been in that period of time.
