What is your idea the formally existing trend world that has broken and demoted Specialization. The emergence of the new era, under which if not practiced graurantees no one survival in the next 5years to come, The world of MULTIPLE COMPETENCE. The reason for raising this topic is to create more awareness about the issue. Many do not know that the days of Specialization are over and the arena where champions and great minds rule are in Multiple Competencies (where Entrepreneurs belong), Your Contributions are highly welcome! Right But does that then mean that becos conditions subject you to doing what ought not to do then U should live by the crowd and not determination (still in the spirit of Multiple Competence) |
