The symptoms? Their is non. I was having some basic pain around my scrotum from time to time when i was little. Growing up i taught it was cryptorchidism. It was diagnosed when i tried to defecate that year and my scrotum swell-up, it does swell when i little but after some rest it will subside, but, on this particular day it didn't. I was so much in pain, couldn't stand straight have to be backed to the hospital. Surgery is the best options. Google it online it will give you more information about it. The surgery cost 120k here in ABK, i believe it will be more in Lagos or other parts of Nigeria. More so, i believe their are some individuals that bankrolled such surgery for those who dont have the money.
