I'm not very good with colors but the color combo on the jokes site don't look good IMO.

For the tech site, I cant readily tell what it is. Is it an online tutorial thing or a freelancing site. The green logo on green background won't stand out.

I honestly don't like sites that is taken over by ADD SENSE , I fink a site should have control,

The layout feel/sense is honestly off in both sites,

I will honesltly put, the goals are off, and the contents and not there, including design skill and whatever, All as a matter of fact,

I will take it that u rushed it, Go back to your IDE come up with something real/better, You sure can,

I don't fink you should have posted a site for review if you have not reached 70 percent completion of it, At least with 70, 30 percent can come from reviews,

Just my honest opinion,

PHPCORE is a name of a core coder, Actually in his practice as a coder he often switch languages, Him vex wiff coldfusion after seeing redline in his IDE, Went to ASP, That one him say e no get functionalities like PHP now na him ne King-Kong of PHP,

He is fond of derailing languages and people as a matter of fact even himself hence, He also finds pleasure in derailing threads and also derailers follow him around,

PS: Don't ask such question again. The dude may derail any thread u open!

Some major work is needed on that site mate. Desgn is not just about colour. Learn to utilize images and textures. Also clean it up a little. Dont use tables.
