Three things im interested in in order of preference

1. Ease Of Use

2. Ad targeting

3. design

1) Are these 2 pages part of the same site?

2) I guess someone forgot to strip out html chars from their text area input:

3) Contact form doesn't work with javascript turned off (yes, I have a blackberry that turns of javascript by default so don't ask, "who in the world turns off javascript these days anyway?"

4) document.getElementById(fn) is null on line 70 of myjobmag.com/read.js for page http://www.myjobmag.com/post.php

Design: 100
Ad targeting: 100
Ease of Use: 90 (I always feel that even for my sites, there is chance for improvement, so nothing personal here)
Functionality: You gotta work on this. I'll give you 50% for now

To be candid, i never really put non javascript users into consideration (i feel sorry for myself for visitors i may lose)
